July 14th - Scobell

This morning it was 77 at 8:00 but there was a nice breeze until about 10:00. Lois & Jon went to Powell River at 6:30 this morning to provision. One of the boats that left is coming back to the raft today so Rod moved our dinghy last night so Harv can move his fishing boat back by us to make room on the raft. My kayak will have to move before Jon gets back so their boat can use our swim step to unload...the fleet is on the move!
I kayaked again this morning & my leg seems to be doing fine with that which is good news. It was really hot again today so we finally turned our air conditioning on in the late afternoon for about an hour. The temp went from 88 to 85 inside the salon ):
Dinner tonight was halibut (caught by Harv, cooked by Darryl (the boat that came back to the raft), green salad, Greek salad and strawberry shortcake for dessert. Tomorrow morning, Harv & Maggie and Darryl & Glennis are going to Powell River (where Glennis & Darryl live) - so we won't see them until we come back from the Broughtons.
